Ethan has lived in town for 3 years, his mother and youngest older sister also live in town. He works at the Majors office and has a thing for Michaela (she has feelings for him too, they're called indifference and annoyance). He is a lovable push-over with goofy tendencies. And a British bulldog called Buster.

Ehhhhh maybe one of Luke's parents can work at mayor's at well and they know each other from Family of Colleagues meetings?

Very possible. I imagine a lot of people know who Ethan is because a) poor kid has to run around dealing with Tyra Shanks'&Michaela's demands and b) everyone else got fired or quit within a week. And he's been there months, but how?

Ethan is very chatty so no doubt would chat with people.
