You're Invited. To a UV Rave. [Open]
For an event so well known, there had been almost no advertising. The venue located in an old warehouse near the docks that had been renovated purposefully for such an event. And yet it had drawn quite a large local crowd - to the displeasure of some.
Everybody that pays the entry fee receives a free glass of champagne and a small bottle of UV paint in their prefered colour upon entry.

Throughout there are bars serving a vast variety of drinks and 'paint stations' complete with brushes and vast arrays of coloured UV paints. Allowing clubbers to be as creative with their ideas... or just plain messy as they wish.
There are two DJs, playing in different sections, one with the more traditional 'Electronic Dance' style of music, the other playing a selection of requests and popular classics.
It's designed to be a night the people of Siren Cove will remember - or forget if they choose to drink enough.
(OOC: I realise we have quite a few people on hiatus. Please feel free to join in even if you're late. Tag whoever you want, take who you like and have a lot of fun. Below I have included a couple of playlists - but I have terrible tastes in music so feel free to find your own playlists as backing inspiration)

Plus there were a lot of hot, drunk people wanting to be painted. He could manage that.
He finished a curlicue on his latest subjects shoulder and nudged her gently away.
"Okay, who's next?" He called, sipping his drink.
no subject
Well, that and good ol' Irish whiskey.
"I've been admirin' your work," he says with a small, flirty smile. He has kiss marks glowing all over his face and neck, with pink paint smeared across his lips. It's obvious that he's been having a good time. "I'd love to wear some o' it meself."

Daniel raised an eyebrow at the young Irishman who practically danced over to him.
"You sure you can stand still long enough?" He said, smiling.
no subject
"So, what d'ya say?" He turns around in a slow circle, spreading his long, toned arms out as his side. "Am I an inspirin' canvas?"
no subject
"You'll do." Daniel said with a huffed laugh. Clearly the man was used to flirting and being flirted with, not that Daniel minded. He liked a good flirt as much as the next man. "I'll need a little space to work though. Long brushes." He said, twirling one deftly between his fingers."

He flags down the bartender and pulls out his own bottle of paint so he has a choice of colors. He's actually excited, because he's drunk and keyed up enough to know that the brush is going to feel amazing on his skin. And it's been wielded by a hot guy, so it's a win win. The bartender comes over and Davin pulls out his wallet, ordering himself a whiskey. "An' whatever the artist over here is havin', on me."
no subject
"Whiskey." Daniel said to the bartender before arranging the young man, Davin, so his shoulders were square. "I'm Daniel. And you're going to hold still." He said, dipping his brush and starting a long twisting stroke up Davin's spine. "I hope you don't mind something less...fingerpainted."

Bach turned his back at him and patted it. "Show me all of your talents, mister Thornton."

Daniel brightened at the sight of his friend. "Nathan." He said, raising his glass. "Sure. Anything in particular? I could make you into a kitty?"
no subject
He shrugged. "I don't know, I'm planning on putting my face between a lot of thighs. Don't want to smear."
no subject
"She's bored of me." Daniel said and it wasn't entirely untrue. He'd just made sure she was bored. They'd changed the arrangement slightly and everyone was happy. Money talked loudly after all.
He rolled his eyes at Nathans comment and set to work drawing some abstract swirls and shapes on the mans arms, interesting patterns that would move well under the strobes. "I think if you're between thighs, smearing is inevitable."
no subject
He looked back. "Okay, maybe I just don't want paint in my eyes, dude."
no subject
"No no. We've come to another arrangement. Money solves all things eventually." Daniel said with a wave of his hand. "And you clearly have better things to think about tonight. Anyone in particular?"

"If you see a petite girl, with a blonde pixie hair cut, lime green bikini top and an evil glint in her eye go past here - she owes me a drink and my shirt."
no subject
"Well I can replace the drink but not the shirt." Daniel said with a laugh, looking over the man in front of him. He was practically covered. "And I'd say you don't need my paints at all." Daniel held out his hand. "Daniel." He said.

Daniel made a spinning motion with his finger and examined Alfie when he turned. There most certainly was a dick.
"Yep. That's a cock alright. And whoever drew that had a penchant for veins and extreme exaggeration." Daniel said with a raised eyebrow. "I can make it look...not like that if you want?"
no subject
no subject
"Done." Daniel said, chuckling. He picked up his brush and directed the young man to a stool at the bar. "I'm thinking some kind of tree? Probably the best use of...that." He set to work turning the ugly drawing into something more elegant. "So i'm assuming you didn't come here for the artwork?"

Daniel raised his eyebrows and smirked. He hadn't intended to get painted tonight but exceptions can always be made.
He stripped off his shirt and turned in a circle for her. "I'm a blank canvas. Where do you want me?"

The paint was cold and Daniel yelped before he could stop himself. "Jesus, woman, warn a guy!" He laughed. After a couple of breaths he straightened and grinned. "I'm an artist. I'd just turn it into something else."
no subject
"Where would the fun be in that if I warned you?" She asked, a smirk on her lips as she left the handprint on one side of his chest. Just above his heart. Tracing her fingertip across to the other side, she drew spiral swirls around his nipple. "Yeah, what would you turn a giant dick into?"
no subject
Daniel tried to stand still under the careful attention of her finger painting. It tickled but he wouldn't let her see that. "Some kind of dinosaur. I've been dealing with dicks my whole life." Nice. Well put, Daniel. He mentally facepalmed and tried again. "I've had to repair art disasters for a very long time. I restore in my spare time."
