She purses her lips and blows a kiss at the crowd and hopes it looks as awesome as it does in her head. She doesn't mean to, not in public like this, but she impulsively makes the glowing kiss appear to actually float away from her lips. Afterwards she figures in the middle of a rave it would be just about impossible to tell unless someone was watching her, so she doesn't sweat it.
